Data Deletion Instructions
At Advi Auto Care, we respect your privacy and provide users
the ability to request deletion of their personal data stored in our systems.
Users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data
at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1 — Through Website/App
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Click Delete My Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Email Request
You may also request deletion of your account and personal data by sending an email to:
support@adviautocare.in
Use the subject line:
Data Deletion Request
Please include the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Phone Number (optional)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User profile information
- Uploaded files/documents
- Service history
- Saved preferences
- Authentication records
- Other personally identifiable information
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Accounting and taxation purposes
- Security monitoring
Such retained data will only be stored for the legally required duration.
Processing Timeline
- Request acknowledgement: Within 24–48 hours
- Verification process: Up to 3 business days
- Permanent deletion completion: Within 30 days
Third-Party Services
If your data has been shared with integrated third-party providers
(payment gateways, analytics providers, cloud services, etc.),
deletion requests may also be forwarded to those providers where applicable.
Privacy Compliance
Advi Auto Care processes and deletes user data in accordance with
applicable privacy laws and regulations including:
- India DPDP Act
- GDPR (where applicable)
- Other regional privacy regulations
